Given all that, the place is not terrible, but for the price, what you get is below expectations in certain key comfort areas, especially sleep quality (beds & blankets) and regular housekeeping. So the value is questionable unless location and space are your top priorities and you’re okay tolerating imperfect comfort. If I were you, I’d say it’s overpriced for what it delivers in terms of bedding comfort, housekeeping frequency, and upkeep.

We had an amazing experience staying at Orchard Serviced Apartments. we had the studio room and it was big enough for the 3 of us. The kitchen has basic utensils - pots, pans and cutlery. They have provided Dishwashing liquid and detergent for anyone who wishes to use the Washing machine. Just a recommendation if minimal amount of Salt& Sugar can be stocked in the rooms. The bathroom is well ventilated with hot water available throughout. The AC helps to keep the room cool while its super hot weather outside which was much needed. Also, the staff that greeted us on the entrance were very friendly and helpful. location is 10/10, everything is accessible and nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

You should all know about this property before you book it. 1) there is no house keeping every day it’s only 3 days a week 2) there may be ants in the kitchen like we had and they are ignored even after housekeeping 3) there is no housekeeping or any staff after 9pm till 8 am so anything u need or happens is ok your own. 4) AC water kept dripping while sleeping and the ac is just above your head and hence be careful. No complaints are taken seriously by them.

Stayed for 10 days. All what is expected out of a good property is here. Location. Cleaning. Service. Food near by. Central at your door step. I mean it’s a heaven for a family. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appts and we never felt as we were home sick. From my side it was 100/100
