The Best part of this property is, it's very very centrally located. Write the Heart of Zürich. Everything almost everything is on you. Can you can you know the it's the transportation is just outside the hotel. You'll find so many restaurants, Food Street walking Street, just outside the hotel, there are number of supermarkets outside the hotel, so it's plus you know the rooms are a bit small, no doubt, but they're pretty they're pretty you know pretty well maintained. The beds were really comfortable.

We had a 2 night stay at Central Plaza. it's a beautiful hotel located at a very convenient place. The service was excellent. Gani made us very welcome at the hotel and his service was excellent.

The hotel is superbly located near the main railway station , and tramways .It has got of lot of restaurants and shopping area surrounding it . The rooms are well appointed and also fairly sized . The front desk staff were very cooperative helped u sin our sight seeing .

location was good. the staff at reception were kind and helpful. rooms were less spacious. Got another room as against the one booked which was changed later the next day.

Very co operative staff. Excellent location. The food is also reasonably priced and good quality.

Stay was good. Nice location. The problem was checkin took time. The roof top restaurant was awesome.

Well the location of the hotel is good but the rooms are too small and the reception staff is not at all helpful. Over all would never come back to stay here again.

Excellent Location, Helpful staff and look forward to visit again! The river view gives an excellent feel. Walkable distance from the Railway station and best part was the closeness to the bus stop from where all the Tours start. This saved us a lot of time!

Hotel is 4 minutes walk from the main train station and just next to 'central' tram station. You may get minor noise from the traffic outside but it is really very less. I am attaching a panorama pic from river view room window at late evening. Breakfast is not great, but that is correct for most Swiss hotels we stayed during our journey. They gave warm milk & hot chocolate on demand for our kids. Breakfast has soup also. We were given free upgrade to a larger room so our stay was comfortable. They have complimentary nespresso in room and a welcome sparkling water. I did not explore any other facilities inside hotel. There were two restaurants there with one of them probably having some live music in the evenings.

Location is not at all good they say it is a river view but they are always covered with some with cloth on their building. Worst experience I ever had in my life. Would never recommend anyone for this hotel . I think I have wasted my money I would have gone for some other hotels.
