Location is very close to the airport even in early morning got a tram. We didn’t know that we will be getting basement rooms. Apart from that everything else was good.

More of a prison room, than a hotel. Bathroom, shower and washbasin are all right next to the bed; with no walk way (not even around the bed). Very hard to fit in 2 suitcases, god knows what people thought while designing & building the rooms. Worst part is, u cannot open doors without hitting yourself, or your suitcases (only space to keep them is in upright position behind the doors. Also, it is pathetic that you can’t lock the bathrooms (as they are literally an integral part of the bed) - more like the prison rooms of Alcatraz. No kettle. No iron box. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel as it is close to tram/airport & branded. I’d advise people to not opt this hotel based on pricing. Please spend a bit extra and opt some decent hotel. Staff was okay.

Very nice property adjacent to tram line. The room is cozy with a bunk bed. The breakfast provided was good and the staff were so helpful.

The size of the rooms are extremely small and even the pictures on mmt aren’t matching the hotel room pictures. There is cleanliness in the hotel with makes it worth a stay

theirs is no any service like room cleaning also in the bathroom they have not filled shampoo we say so many time finally we are going to the reception and take it our self also they ac are not perfectly reach the desired temperature and so many problems in that hotel so please don't recommend to any others

the hotel location was good next to train station to go to airport but the room was too small cannot even put your suitcase the hand wash basin was inside the room which wasn't a pleasant site . rest ok

The location is besides the airport in Zurich. However, what make my Trip shows amenities for this hotel is 5% correct. Don’t book by make my trip as the amenities just don’t match to what this Accor group hotel offers. There is nothing in the room.

Nice and clean hotel. Near near to the tram station. Breakfast amazing with descent dishes. Staffs very polite.

Third class hotel, tell other customers that not to book this property. Room size is too small, even beds are very bad!! OYO rooms are far better then this hotel

Rooms are way too cramped and small. Worst part is they have a washroom sink outside in the room. No water bottle in room and no phone hence you cannot even call the reception. Staff is also least bothered and bordering on rude

Convenient accomodation for staying close to the airport. Tram station is just across the street . Room size is small however planned perfectly for basic needs .There is a bunk bed for kids. Breakfast is good , can consider to have more options for vegetarians. Clean rooms and overall good stay .

The hotel was at a great location and the room was clean however the room design was very bad. My wife who keeps walking around the room hit her head and starting talking about what a great husband I am. That has never happened before! I think ibis did something to my wife

We were 3 members travelling. Me my wife and 5 year old son. The rooms are too small for family of 3 with no in room facility of even kettle. Washroom had no facility to lock and very basic. Toilet area and shower areas are separate in the room making it more complicated. They didn’t even provide a dustbin for the toilet area separately. Acknowledge budget friendly and being compact is there concepts but facilities are too basic even at this range. Overall depends what are your options and requirements and compare well to other property prices. I could have got a few better options if i had looked to increase my budget by 30 to 40 CHF ( which i now regret). The place is near to zurich airport and well connected through trams ((T10/12). Checkin time is 3pm and if you have an early morning flight they charge you extra 20CHF around for early checkin.

The location of the hotel is near Zurich airport and easily accessible by Tram. The tram stop is infront of hotel. The room are not spacious. Basic hotel facilities.

Tram station close by. Staff helpful. Limited veg breakfast option. Rooms were OK considering budget hotel.

Property location is good and next to airport. 30 minutes from city through tram outside the hotel. literally there are no amenities. shower was not functioning. it was pouring a small stream of water and when asked for correction, they showed only that much maximum can come. first time, hotel collected money for baggage storage in my entire europe trip. typical budget hotel for 10 to 12 k. I would recommend ibis styles with better facilities and service.
