The hotel is in a fantastic location. Overall my experience was very nice.

Nice experience , amazing view but asked fir extra money for the rooms which are shown in the photo of the MMT

The AC was not working. No staff was available to contact. Worst experience ever. Please do not stay here. The hospitality is zero and if you want something they do not even pick up the call. No wifi was working

At first hotel asked for extra charges. They asked to pay 600+ Bhat extra and it took about 30mins discussion before we got the room. The room given had reptiles in it and seepage. I don’t even want to explain the poor experience. This hotel and hotel in Phuket both mentioned that didn’t check with hotels when they were already booked.

The hotel was terrible. The washroom is the worst. The bed is full of bed bugs. Lizards and lots of insects are present inside the room

It was a wonderful place for visit phi phi island and green hill resort was so nice to stay, recommend to stay here with your affordable price.

So we booked this property for our honeymoon because of its amazing view and the property in between nature. We stayed for two nights only. Day-1- during check-in we were asked to wait for almost half an hour as the room was not ready which was alright. One of the couple checked out as their room air conditioning and they had multiple issues. We chose to ignore that thinking they might have a bad day. On our day-1 in the night when we came to our room after exploring we saw there's no water supply in the washroom. I went down almost 50-70 uneven steps at the reception to complain. No one came after one hour the old man from reception came and started yelling at us and said go and change the hotel if you're not comfortable. We were still quiet. I was above to go police and complain about his unacceptable behaviour but as we didn't wanted to spoil our night we chose to remain quiet. Day-2. Entire day we were out exploring. Late evening when we came back to our the air conditioner compressor started making noise loudly out of the room. We were in deep sleep and i literally felt that i was sitting inside the helicopter. We still didn't complain as the old man reception guy doesn't know how to behave. There were tiny black insects on the bed which we cleared. No drinking water, coffee/tea sachets. We asked for the best room with the view and for that we literally had to climb uneven stairs almost 50-70 steps. I must say i'll give 100% best for the view it's amazing but the hospitality is pathetic and they have not even maintained their room from inside the latch is not proper.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at phi phi hill garden resort and it was a complete disappointment. From start to finish, my experience was far from enjoyable.
