Feels like 4 star property. Own private shack is really the selling point. Service is quick and prompt. Cleanliness superb. Location is perfect for peaceful yet approachable to market. Pool is small but we enjoyed the vibe. It has its own mart. Didn’t allow late checkout. Suggestion they should keep few baby strollers as other hotels are offering the same.

The room service was pathetic, nobody bothered to pickup the calls. Additionally, i had to take my entire luggage on the second floor on my own.

It was good but not the best. Service was good. Location is also good. It is far away from phi phi harbour pier. No bikes or cab service so you have to walk. Person from hotel staff will take bags from pier and again help you to drop to pier. Washrooms are not good and ac also not power-full will take time to cool down rooms, as temperature of phi phi is already higher than usual in thailand.

I booked double bed room they give me single, they dont provide me wifi they said router is not working but it was available for others

Nicely tucked in one corner, goos staff and amazing access to the beach. Breakfast options for vegetarians are very poor, and the room has only one extra plug point, which is also loose. The bathroom is doable but can be a little upgraded.

The place is around 1km from the pier. The beach is right next to the resort. The food was very good. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff is friendly. When u get down at the pier someone from the hotel will carry the luggage till the hotel. And when u are leaving they will drop the luggage till the pier if requested. As there is no transportation inside phi phi island this was very helpful.

Excellent stay and location on Phi Phi Islands. Kinda private beach in front of the property. Serene views.

Terrible I dint like the place

Resort is very close to the beach. It is located in a very beautiful location. Breakfast was good and view from the restaurant was the best way to start your day on this beautiful Island. Very satisfied and we really enjoyed our stay

Very nice place near to beach and every type of facilities are there to stay.

It's so bad to be villa resort but there washroom sink have water, choked when asked to fix service staff not available. When checkout they have not staff to carry luggage. It's so pathetic, they don't have staff to carry from room to reception.

Place, aura, pool, staff all we're good. But just missed for some things. There was salty water in tap No bathroom slipper were given No iron was given to us, even on asking No room service, you have to go to restaurant yo eat. These things were not appreciating

Location was excellent. Only that the bathroom was terrible. Room is average. Service is average. Front desk woman was rude. Only plus point was location.

Nothing exemplary, everything including food, amenities and cleanliness was very basic. An okay stay.

Location normal, away from night life but opposite Beach nice pool and garden but amenities are very basic nice staff.
Written deluxe but no way its deluxe its below standard, even bathroom very basic and plaster broken, soap dispenser broken, towel rail broken, two single beds. No option to join them no phone charger points near bed as only one available in whole room tea maker plug point not available at proper place no place to unpack suitcase.
