Hairdryer problem

I stayed here for 2 days everything in this hotel is excellent, the only problem is we do not get any power socket in washroom to use hair dryer and not anywhere near to mirror, very beautiful and pretty hotel with beautiful view.

They upgraded my stay to duplex room. We did not opt for the food there because lot of Indian restaurant was available outside the hotel. We stayed for 24 hours only. Not able to see swimming pool, spa and gym. Nice hotel. Very near to Bangla market and paying beach.

Arata Hotel stay

Hotel is good. But there is an Irish bar/restaurant attached to this hotel, where they play loud songs till 3 am. Especially family room was just above this restaurant. So first day night itself we had to move to another small room. Otherwise stay was okay.

Few of are friends was in town so they visited us and Hotel asked for Id which was good but then charged extra thai baht for visitors. Which was not mentioned in the hotel policy at MMT. Bad experience that way.

We had a pleasant stay no complaints. Courtesy staff. The general manager was really helpful. Clean rooms loved the pool. Apt location bang opposite Beach. Sultans food was awesome. And loved the live band in Murphy. Spa service excellent not to Miss. In total stay and hospitality Worth every penny I spent

Poor Hotel stay in Patong

Room was too small, congested and balcony view was closed from building opposite to it. There was bad smell in the room as well. The room look was not digital.
