Booked a superior room with breakfast. Pros: Hassle-free accessibility to Patong beach and all nearby market area. Cons: Hostile behaviour from staff services. Constant follow-ups needed for all tasks like requesting for water from reception (which should have been provided by room service in the morning), more than 5 calls to arrange for weighing machine (supposedly provided to deluxe suites only), packed breakfast (for early morning flight) not worth the price of breakfast in the package. (expected at least fresh fruits like watermelon, pineapple and a sandwich)
