First of all this property is located at offskirts and there is nothing much to explore around , On Second Night the lady manager gave us a room with a twin bed when we were out for excursions the whole day left the property at 10:30 and returned at 9:30 am night (Room was not ready by then and she assured us our luggage would be transferred to the new room as the same room was not available for second night and when asked to change they said they have no other room . There are no options for vegetarian in their menu and they just serve salad for that sake.

Worst experience, rude staff, you take the best room and you have to walk half a mile. Makes no sense

Not for indians especially with children, too much walk in order to reach the room, really small swimming pool. Mostly for retired people travel-ling from western countries since food options are limited.

It was a very comfortable stay. We stayed there for 5days. If u want to relax in a good nice seafront room then this is the best place to stay. Nice view, restaurants, pool bar, pool to relax and many more.

The staff is good, buffet is excellent the rooms are very spacious and with wonderful view the location is outstanding. Overall it was wonderful stay would love go back again.

Found ants in the room and the buffet area. Also found an old sock in my room! quite explains the quality of cleaning. Wouldn't recommend it.

It's a hotel with a very good cliff view looking into the sea. The breakfast is top notch, so is rest of service. It has got multiple pools, including an infinity pool. It's walkable distance from kamala beach which is not crowded. It's good for people who want to stay away from the crowd and have a peaceful vacation.

It was a beautiful property with sea view but not walkable to beach. Little far from city. Good food spreader and lovely pool.

All the rooms are sea view, area is unbelievably beautiful, one of the best hotels i stayed so far, pool is huge and best view, food is amazing, staffs are very friendly. Overall the stay was worth the money

The property is well maintained and has a beautiful view, the staff is helping and courteous. We had a memorable stay here, definitely recommend a stay here. The view from the infinity pool and the other swimming pool is breathtaking. Spa is awesome with a sea view to look at and relax. Overall you will fall in love with your stay here.
