The location was very convenient—just a short walking distance from Patong Beach and around 15 minutes from Bangla Road. The hotel offered a full-fledged American breakfast, and the in-room dining was decent, tasty, and reasonably priced. All the amenities mentioned during check-in were provided, and the staff was helpful and courteous throughout the stay. Overall, I would rate this property 4.5 out of 5.

“A trip is only as good as the place you stay.” And if that saying holds true, then my time at Seaview Patong Hotel was destined from day one to fall apart. What should have been a peaceful escape turned into a slow unraveling of patience and disappointment. The staff, instead of being the warm welcome every traveler hopes for, felt cold, dismissive, and startlingly rude. The bell boys, who should have been the first to greet with a smile, behaved as if doing their job was a burden, ungrateful, uninterested, and unhelpful. Hospitality, the very heart of any hotel experience, was missing entirely no kindness, no courtesy, no sense of care. Every small request felt like an imposition, every interaction a reminder that I had chosen the wrong place to stay. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip came dangerously close to being ruined by an environment that made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Seaview Patong Hotel left me with a clear lesson: A trip is fragile, and the wrong hotel can break it. Unfortunately, this one nearly did.

Pros: polite and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, clean and maintained swimming pool, a medium variety breakfast option. CONS : It’s actually far away from Patong beach market/bangla road. The hotel generally puts up superior rooms only and you may not get a room with sea view at all. The hotel staff was nice and they upgraded us to deluxe room on our request since they had availability, which had pool view. Indian breakfast is not available. They keep Indonesian theme so in case you are a vegetarian, breakfast option is limited. There was 1 or max 2 dishes and fruits. For non vegetarians there are still 3-4 options. So if you prefer staying in the hotel property near swimming pool, have a good sun bath, fits easily in budget and fine to walk as well to market area (1-1.5km) or have a scooter on rent, its a great option. But if you want to explore phuket and tend to spend more time outside - then lookout for areas near patong market/ bangla road

The property is good. Pool is very good. But the room and food quality could be better. It is a good hotel with nice view and in a good location but not up to 4 star mark.

Pro: Rooms were great and the hospitality was good. The location was perfect. They asked for 3000THB deposit. The pool were clean and well maintained. They provided pool towels as well. Cons: Breakfast was average in taste.

Excellent hospitality, services. Swimming pool was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel accepted indian rupee as security deposit. Toilet size is small and the hotel is located at the end of the Patong beach.

My toilet flush was a problematic thing for all the days

I would say this place is value for for money.. Best location and view it center of where you want to go in patong is the most famous beach.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location just Infront of the beach and all major locations are nearby the staff and arrangements of the hotel was very good and breakfast spread had lot of options I recommend this hotel without doubt

The location was amazing, food was superb (i tried english breakfast and i ate the same everyday). The room was spacious and premium. The services were excellent too.
