Nice hotel, nice view even small room but comfortable. Upon arrival & check out no body offer their hand to help me for my belonging. I know only 1 bag at least for good gesture better to offer. Ird food delicious i am impressed. At the night went to coin coin at 11 pm upon arrival manager approached me without smile and i said table for 1. He said have minimum spend which is i understood and maybe because of i am alone. I said i am in house then he apology. I accept that. Better do not judge by cover because i want to enjoy my self alone. The next day which is today breakfast delicious they are incredible services thankyou. After breakfast i went to spa greeting good morning to the receptionist, but i got bad experience how behave the staff senior spa therapist ms yaroti play only phone and didn’t assist me the area which is i want to have look on it. Furthermore she gave me menu and i checked and she told with tone inappropriate “you can take it with you if you want” i am really surprised why treat me that way really inappropriate behaviour. So treat other good if you wish to be treated. Hope future can changed. Your services same you show your quality. Thankyou

Great property but terrible elevators

Everything about this property was great. The rooms, location, service but unfortunately the elevators are small and only one elevator was operational. We were waiting for 25-30 minutes to get inside the elevator. The staff said it’s under renovation and they deeply regret it but even after 5 days they didn’t correct it. They need to stop taking bookings if they have basic infrastructure issues

The property and breakfast spread both very good. Only issue we had was with the bathroom door which kept getting spoilt and the person using the bathroom would get locked inside. This happened quite a few times during our stay.

I had to wait for 6 hours in the lobby for hotel to receive the reservation confirmation from make my trip and eventually i had to pay at the hotel for the reservation because they dint had any booking from make my trip.
