Very neat and clean room good location very cooperative staff many kind of bar outlets in nominal charges

this is my 2nd time I stay there. very clean and very close every thing. staff very nice. room very clean.

it was my third time staying in this hotel. At good location for all kind of nearby restaurants and near to metro station. Staff is very helpful and polite, clean rooms with all amenities, but this time I notice small mosquitoes in Bathroom and Restaurant as well.

The hotel is well located close to the metro. The rooms are large and clean and tge service is very efficient. The restaurant Kovalam excels with the menu and the food served. There is also a bar where we could watch the cricket and tennis and a discotheque that we did not visit being senior citizens and averse to loud music.

Hotel was good, staff is also very good , very supportive but one thing was very awkard is At the time of room makeup , i have to ask every time to put dental kit and any kit , i feel very awkard every time to ask them such a little thing .

Excellent location. Receptionist was very helpful and guided on many things going beyond her way. Really appreciate it. Overall stay was excellent and will stay again here in my next trip.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my wife, and I would like to bring to your attention a serious hygiene issue we experienced. On the second day of our stay, we received a call from the reception regarding room cleaning. Following this, we stepped out, allowing your housekeeping staff to clean our room. Upon returning, we noticed that my wife’s toothbrush had been misplaced and placed near the washbasin. While we initially ignored this, the next morning—on our checkout day—we discovered that the toothbrush was covered in soap, strongly indicating that it had been used to clean the washbasin. This is highly unacceptable and raises major concerns about the hygiene standards maintained by your housekeeping staff. A toothbrush is a personal hygiene item, and such an incident not only breaches cleanliness protocols but also causes distress to your guests. We expect a prompt investigation into this matter and a response outlining the actions your management will take to ensure this does not happen again. Your immediate attention to this serious concern would be greatly appreciated. Concerned date: 12/02/2025 Looking forward to your response.

The property is very close to the metro and is located close to my brother’s apartment. Very convenient and all amenities available. Shops and restaurants for all cuisines in walking distance. But would strongly recommend the inhouse restaurant kovalam. Excellent food and friendly and helpful service.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Also the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect as everything is almost 30 minutes from here. Had a great experience.
