Good stay and room ,but no microwave or coffee maker in the room

Excellent location in the middle of the strip. Great food options, Very comfortable rooms and memorable views from the rooms. Room 1198P is ideal for stay n views.

it was nice however no kettle in the room so bring your own if you need hot drinking water. also no complimentary water bottles

location is mid strip but be prepared for long walks from entry and to exits if you are in the versailles tower (great strip view though). did not get housekeeping service despite opting for it. Food halls (except the one in flamingo which isnt that good) are at quite a distance. cheapest breakfast option is a McD which is 0.8 miles away and for groceries the nearest is a CVS (limited items) or a Walgreens (1 mile away).

located at the prime place in the strip and good casino with beautiful roof. perfect place to experience vegas. Pool parties are great attraction

Only the name is Grand. Despite being so expensive their rooms are not fully equipped (no Coffee Machine, no Water etc) and despite charging premium amount for Tower View roo, their Romm windows are not clean. Thereofre you cant take any photo. When asked they say we clean the window only twice a Year so it is what it is. Coffee is 11 USD, Water is almost same price n all coffee shops down. Very expensive, Check ou experience was worst. They Checkin Guests right from Morning thopught Checkin is after 4 pm. this creates huge lines and people who have to checkout have to join same line. No Staff is helpful they all have attitude and they dont understand emergency that checking out guy has to catch a flight. Poor, Pathetic and miserable in Customer service. They want to charge you for everything

i booked a double room,but on check in time they said that we dont have any double room at this moments if u want that u have to pay $25 /night.otherwise u get two beds room

Though the check-in took time since they have limited desks and 3200 rooms to cater to, the overall experience was very good. The room and inclusions were as shown and committed during booking. House-keeping was very good. Over-all room condition was very good. Location is excellent, bang middle of the strip. We didn't try food in the hotel so cannot comment. Amenities like casino, swimming pool and luggage storage were very good. Overall a very nice and pleasent experiance.

Check-in took 1 hour as the lines were long and only 3 counters were open. The toilet door was not locking and they did not repair it during our stay even after multiple complaints.

Excellent location - centre on the strip easily approachable from most of the attractions. Services and facilities are awesome.

Versailles tower is actually old bally s building, called horseshoe now i guess but sold as paris. Strip view room was at angle to the strip, not the fountain view. No coffee maker or water bottle in the room. But rooms are big, specious and nice. Also big tv in the room was plus. Proximity to linq row of shops and restaurants.

The team at the reception was so pathetic they don’t know how to cater guest. All they were interested in was just charging money i got my key. I also asked them to do early check-in for me so for that what they did was they gave me the key, but when i entered the room, the room door was not opening for like almost one or two hours. I had to wait before i could check into my room and to my you know the best part that i paid the extra check-in. You know early check-in time which was just two hours so i just wasted couple of dollars for it. So i would give the view that hotel is pathetic. All they want is to charge you money and not serve you a single single thing. My hotel towels were dirty. My room wasjust you know i don’t know i don’t have words are pathetic it was so i would say if you have a couple of dollars like that if you wanna spend just don’t waste it here or something better. No

It was awesome experience. Hotel is in heart of city right in the strip. Huge options to eat and play

The hotel is centrally located however, we paid 50$ for early check in at 1. 30 pm.

Excellent hotel for stay and excellent location in middle of strip. Walkable to bellagio fountains and many other excursions like linq high roller. Only watch out for hidden charges for using wi fi on more than 2 devices or watching movie on tv.
