    There was no any good service, reception was not at all proper, no drinking water facility by hotel, no cleanliness in room, no room service, no vegetarian food though it was specially mentioned at the time of booking, charges so high compared to poor service, no one was answering for any complaints. We can’t suggest to friends and relatives to opt for this Adore Art hotel in future. Service is tremendously required for betterment.

    Really disappointed with the service, rooms are quite small. Receptionist are not helping as needed. Have carried my luggage at my own during check out. They charged us rs. 340 for the hand towel which we have wiped with our hands after our lunch so they got colored spices like red chilli powder & they told we cannot accept it. Such a poor thing can't accept it.
