Do the hotels location was good, hotel staff was very cold and didn’t have any patience to answer the questions. The buffet spread was so poor, even the bread toaster was not working overall didn’t like the experience at all at the hotel. We were promised to get a king bed and we got two twin beds. Upon asking they say it is only on availability.

The location was perfect, close to the city center, next to the Nash market and 7 minute walk to the Golden Symphony Hall. The service was outstanding, all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was the room was very small, much smaller than other hotel singles.
