Had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Taj Mahal. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the monument. The staff and manager were extremely polite and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra!

very horrible stay in there,they have amenities like laundry service but there is no laundry i was book there for 4 days as prepaid but i check out within 2 days because in middle of night no water in bathroom until morning 7,i ask the reception about the water no response untill morning also about the laundry service the receptionist also dont know about that. so i strongly recommended dont book there if you go with your family.

Booked a Deluxe AC room but they said ac is not available. Room was provided just beside the Road which made us very difficult to sleep.Very dirty washroom with no Flash,no hand jet.Used dirty Bed-sheet.

My stay experience in basil inn was excellent. It is a very good hotel in a good location. All the staff are very cooperative. The owner of the hotel is a very humble gentleman he helped us to make our trip comfortable with his guidance. It is a safe and homelike hotel for a family.

Excellent location. Walkable distance to taj mahal. Rooms were basic but services were great. Felt like at home. The owner was very caring. Many restaurants around. The location at this price and the hospitality is the best selling point of this place.
