Was supposed to get the breakfast included as per MakeMyTrip's plan but the manager denied to serve breakfast, secondly even when the first room we were being presented was cleaned, it had a serious pungent odour of smoke or weed, waited for around an hour before getting a good room. 2 star for food taste , and good staff behaviour (except manager).

Location is good. 2 km from Taj Mahal. Lot of noise coming from adjacent room. Room and washroom was of very bad smell. Washroom exhaust fan was not working.

Worst experience

Plz don't book this Hotel as behavior and services were worst ever. Room was very dirty. Bathroom was wet seems they provided used room. Towel were not available and while asking they informed towels are in laundry and will come by night. No response from reception and waiter. They were behaving like we are using Hotel free.

Nice room but bathroom shower was not properly functioning. Far but affordable location from Taj Mahal. Nearby road is not safe for the tourist at evening to night. Behavior of the hotel stuff was really appreciable.
