Poor Stay

I stayed for two nights. The room was nice, but there was a leakage problem in the washroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during my stay, no housekeeping was provided — no cleaning, fresh towels, or new bed sheets on the second day. The hotel needs to improve its maintenance and daily service.

Location Found Food Quality - Very Bad Amenities - Horrible Service - Poor Room - Very poor - Broken Furniture, Broken AC & its Switches, Broken Comod & Tap, Shower is Rusted, Full of Mosquito, No lift, Very Bad area, so many Monkeys in terrace. No GST no in Bill but they are claiming of food bill.
