If you are travelling with family or friends or you are travelling alone, I will suggest not to stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms was so much dirty, and cleanliness was a joke there. The washroom was that much bad and smells so bad that you can barely spent a min there. And toilet was totally broken. I have booked a non ac room but looked after the AC one also, that was also very bad.

It was quite a good experience there as the hotel staff was kind and serving. Their room service is also good but in my opinion if you're going to live alone couple then it is alright but with family it wouldn't be a good option because of the surroundings (outside the hotel). Title: Terrible Hotel – Worst Experience Ever! Rude and unhelpful manager with zero concern for guests. Room was filthy, outdated, and uncomfortable. Broken amenities and a disgusting bathroom. No jet spray in the toilet (a basic necessity). Heating system didn’t work properly. Spotty Wi-Fi that barely worked. Overall poor service and quality. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not upto the expectations. Very dirty and unhygienic room. Also need pesticide control. Also need to share the outside pics of the hotel so that customers know where they are going before booking. Though staff was helpful but this hotel needs a major renovation.
