My stay at the hotel was not good. The overall experience was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the facilities were not maintained well. The staff response was also slow, and basic services took much longer than expected. The comfort and quality did not match what was promised at the time of booking. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

The property is well placed in terms of it’s proximity to the temple and bagh. Fairly new and clean rooms with working conditions of ac and geyser. Only demerit is the absence of lift which makes it difficult for early if they are alloted floor 2 or beyond.

this is the best place to stay here in Amritsar, The staff and owner of the hotel are very nice. they behave very nicely and friendly. I would recommend that whenever you visit Amritsar stay here. Rooms are nice and clean and Hygiene. i stayed here for 3 days and felt like home

The location of property was prime point, the Golden temple was on walkable distance from hotel, the room was spacious, the bathroom were clean. mine was a solo trip however I could walk alone to the temple even at 5 am
