1-terrible this residency is 3 kms from the ram temple, not 5 min walking from ram janambhoomi as stated. Rooms were extremely dirty and infested with mice. Rooms were not cleaned after previous occupants left. One of the toilet flush was broken and unusable and the owner refused to clean or refund any amount. Will not go there again.

Flashing system was defective, water was leaking flow of water was too slow causing waiting for bath. No hand was basin was provided in wash room, causing difficulty in shaving no bench/long table was provided in the sleeping room. No almirah was provided for domestic luggage. We kept it on the ground. Ceiling fan was defective. Cover sheet was dirty, giving bad smell. We had left the room at 6. 30 pm on 23. 10. 2024 while my room was booked up to 12 pm on 24. 10. 20.

Absolutely appalling, the conditions are absolutely horrendous. I demand a full refund of the amount as well. The rooms are nowhere close to what i paid for, infact i did not even get the right rooms i was allotted, additionally the staff is rude, there are no wash basins in the bathrooms even, there is no room service, the mattresses have holes in them, the sheets are dirty, no wi-fi, no table, no clean toiletries, no wardrobe, dirty towels, there are open sewage sieves in the room. There is no part of this room that speaks a night. We are essentially forced to stay here because of your non-cancellation policy, . Stop misleading people and regulate your stays for quality,

Our stay was pathetic. Terribly pathetic i must stay. At the time of checking they didn't provide us the room what they supposed to provide as per mmt photos. Initially they provide us a room with zero amenities and quite unhygienic and unhealthy. Their saying was they didnt get payment from mmt so they'll not provide guest for good room. After 30 mins of quarrel-ling with property owner, finally they had shown us "a better room", i repeat comparatively "a better room, and their office boy mentioned "zyada nakhrebaji maat kijiye, room lena hai to lijiye neha to chhod dijiye". I just don't know how could an office boy has the audacity to misbehave in such a manner and use such foul words to their guest who might be there for 10 hours. And on the support of the office boy, even property owner was shouting on us "ap log zyada nakhrebaji kar reh hai, ayodhya me-in iss poise me-in issue zyada khatirdari neha ho sakta" room lena hai to lijiye neha to dekh lijiye, wahi room hai. As we had too many luggages and we were almost entirely got witty due to massive rain so we didn't have choice to look for other property. The room we got was so so, not at all worthy of 1800. Absolutely zero amenities and with zero basic minimum services. No toiletries, cable wire hanging in the room, no electricity, no water supply. We spent the night only. As soon as morning happened we did checkout formalities and booked another properties and shifted there on our own. Being visiters our experience was not bad but extremely pathetic. We travel alot, but never treated such a way.

It was a completely fraudulent place with makemytrip actively involved. Firstly it not possible to locate the place, with great difficulty when i located the address, i rejected and the owner agreed to not claim the amount paid as advance. Makemytrip information me that property owner has asked for 50% but never agreed for conference call with him. Overall very bad on part of makemytrip

There was renovation going on in adjacent room. The room was on top floor which had open roof. It was a home which they have enlisted as hotel. Sad part is make my trip didn't verify. People managing were untrained but were nice friendly but not professionals so there was poor or delayed service.

We booked hotel because it was showing it is very near to temple showing it is located less than 500 meter but actually you have to travel more than 2 km to reach temple by walking and no vehicle available because area reserved for vip vehicles only and stay is so horrible and owner's behavior's i so rude, some rooms are not attached toilet & bathroom we booked only because it is very close to temple please be aware to book this property lifetime horrible experience

Out of two rooms, neither of the rooms had ac and most of the amenities mentioned were not available like geiser, kettle etc. ; one room didn't have attached washroom. Informed at property, but they didn't try to resolve anything. Very bad experience and would not recommend this property to anyone in future. Total waste of money.

I am a travel vlogger who went to Ayodhya alone. Reached ayodhya Jn. at 4.30 in the evening and called the hotel with the auto driver, got the correct address and went to the hotel. But the hotel they showed me was not the one I had booked. I have seen A low level room with an Indian closet. Finally, I asked him to take me to the hotel I had booked, he took me to a home stay called RK Palace, which is a long way from there (Gola Bazar, Chauraha) and showed me the room. It is said that it is only 500 meters away from the Ramjanma bhoomi. I took that room as it was clean and the time was approaching sunset.Unfortunately there was no other option for me. Rent was paid in advance. Next day morning i realized that i am staying 2.5 km away from Ram janmabhoomi . The thing is even I have not seen the "5 minutes walkable distance Hotel Shri RAM Residency" I had booked. So no one should take this hotel. Simply they cheating. I had booked this room for three nights. I paid including tax . That was really a horrible experience for me. And i felt i was insecured.
