Worst hostel.

One of the worst hostel in my life. Staffs are so rude. They dint provide any facility like towel, hand shop and necessary things. People are drinking alcohol at night just opposite to my room. All the toilet items was broken. Not safe for family. Please do not consider it.

The stay was overall average and the room and the beds weren’t clean and they even made me wait 10mins before check in even though I was 2hrs late to check-in. The AC and the TV was also was not working nothing was good rather than the lights and fan I would not recommend anyone to go

No proper hygiene. Insects roaming all around room & bed. Door lock not operational. AC not functioning properly. Basic amenities like water is also not available. Horrible experience. Doesn’t deserve to be in MMT league of hotels. Poor hygiene, Door locks, AC & Gyeser non functional.

I would specify that MMT gives us good price but when we reached the hotel ,they asked for additional money and said that it was standard price for them and they can reject our booking if they want. I request MMT not to promote or provide any such hotels because these are bad experience if we travel somewhere

Not suitable for families. I have observed that unmarried and teenage couples tend to gather randomly after 6 pm to till early morning. Therefore, i strongly recommend avoiding this location for family outings.

there is an issue with the cleaning staff. i stayed for 10 days but the hotel staff did not clean my room even though they did not provide normal drinking water in 10 days i buy drinking 🚰 water from outside. even for shower 🚿 shops and other stuff are not given. 2 star give for room condition.

I experienced the worst staff behavior during my recent stay. Initially, I was told that I didn't have a proper booking. they claimed they didn't have a room available. After much discussion and explanation, they finally provided me with a room that was unacceptable—lacking the promised amenities and featuring an unclean bed and bathroom. To make matters worse, I was informed that I had to check out by 11 AM on November 28th, despite having checked in at 6 PM on November 27th. The staff spoke to me in a harsh and disrespectful manner throughout the entire ordeal. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I want my refund
