Location is just fine. I booked AC room for 3 days and checked into hotel on first day at night. They sold the AC room to someone and they gave me only Non AC room for that night. There was no contact no available to contact them to inform about my late check in. Non AC room condition was very pathetic and towel and bedsheets were not seem to be clean and Cigarette smell was on the bed, blankets , towel and pillow and inside room. There is no power backup in the hotel which made me to feel horrible in the Non ac room. I got ac room for next 2 days which was better than the Non ac room.

At the hotel they told me they don't have my booking. At 11 pm in the night, with my 60-yr old parents, I didn't have any other option than to check-in. We had a late evening flight. But the situation was really uncomfortable! All the bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers had stains and human hair of various lengths. When I asked for a fresh bedsheet, that also had stains.
