Terrible Stay

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The website mentioned that there is a restaurant, but in reality there was none. For early check-in, they charged me ₹1000 without giving any prior intimation, which felt unfair. The staff’s behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, in the middle of the night they turned off the AC, causing a lot of discomfort. Overall, my experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are really good and clean and also the staffs are really good. But we are facing issue with hot water. Our gyser is not working during our stay even after complaining about these they cannot resolve the solution. That's a big drawback I face in there.

The rooms were well maintianed and clean upto the expectations. Only thing i felt awkward is that there is no thermostat in the room to control the temperature. Everytime you need to contact reception for adjusting it. When i spoke to hotel staff they said its Centralized A/C thats why its this way. Which is really weird. All centralized air conditioners had thermostat fixed in the room. They said room service is available and gave me a contact number but however the staff said that as the restaurant was closed so no room service. So overall the room was good but services are average The rooms were well maintianed and clean upto the expectations. Property is in very congested location and its hard to get to the location by car. Car parking area is really bad as you need walk little bit away from hotel and cross a space where garbage bins are kept which is very unhygienic. Complimentary breakfast was horrible with no taste and most of the items wont be refilled if it gets over. There is not much space to sit and eat in dinning area as well. Room service is quite good and rooms are clean. Strangely AC can't be controlled from room as they have common unit outside the room. Overall not a enjoyable stay

Terrible experience man, I haven't opened for that matter even touched the snacks of dry fruits but after I checked out from room one boy his name was Rakesh i don't even know that its his real name, he went into the room and came back with two containers of dry fruits which is opened and the staff pointed out me that I opened the seal of that jars and they charged me for that. They created the situation and the Circumstances that I am the one who is telling the lie both the guys pavan and rakesh they just bluffed me to pay the amount dry fruits which i was not even aware of. literally disgusted with the staff and the Management utter experience. I am Sincerely recommending every one not to visit or stay in this Hotel.

Worst staff ever! - no ac - no tea - no proper breakfast! - all thanda!

The manager of the property is so rude! no professionalisim in all hotel staff! we have asked for tea in breakfast, he said yahi hai jaisa hai pina hai to piyo nahi to bihar see pilo! for every conversation, he replied rudely! for ac as well, there is no separate controls for room ac. There is common ac control for 4-5 room in the lobby area! only rooms are big and clean! but hotel staff is worst! owner should be fired the manager with immediate effect! ask the same review from room number 403's customer! again, owners, its a alert for you! your property is good! but it will become worst for the manager only!
