I recently stayed at super capital o sigma cricotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Here are the issues i encountered during my stay: 1. Torn bed sheet: upon entering the room, i noticed the bed sheet was torn and had stains on it. It was incredibly uninviting and made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. 2. Ac not working: the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. Despite several attempts to adjust the settings, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. 3. Bathroom flush not working: the bathroom flush was not working, which made using the facilities very inconvenient. Despite reporting this to the hotel staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue. 4. Bath towel and soap not provided initially: bath towels and soap were not provided at the beginning. Upon requesting them, the hotel staff handed me a bath towel that was lying on the floor and hanging on the front door of the hotel. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. 5. No working tv, no wi-fi, no intercom: there was no working television, no wi-fi, no intercom in the room, contrary to what was advertised on the hotel's website. This was a significant letdown, especially for a hotel that claims to offer modern amenities. 6. Worst maintenance inside the room and common area: the overall maintenance of both the room and the common areas was appalling. The bed, pillow and common sofa was in bad condition, the furniture was old and broken, and corridor was dark. 7. Awful smell: there was an awful smell upon entering the room, which persisted throughout my stay. It was very unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable. 8. Bad behavior from hotel staff: the most distressing part of my stay was the unprofessional behaviour from the hotel staff. They were unhelpful and dismissive of my complaints, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, my stay at super capital o sigma cricotel was far from pleasant, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of poor facilities and terrible customer service made for an awful experience.
