The rooms stink and the bedsheet and cover are not washed properly

It was a very very bad experience as the rooms were very dirty and smelled bad. The cover on the bed were not even washed and had stains. They even charged us 2 thousand rupees more and told that we dont deal with makemytrip booking. We had to pay extra for a bad experience

First and worst experience of hotel stay in make my trip

Actually my name is not there in the hotel list, i paid extra 500 rs for my stay. Poor maintenance. Dirty bedsheet and pillows. Looks like they haven't washed for long time. And no breakfast provided. It is horrible experience i had really. I am fed up and worried. Please don't repeat for the other coustomer. If the hotel standards are not upto the mark. Please don't list it out in the hotel list. Please take care of this message. Thank you

Not maintained properly. Bed sheets are stained. Not cleaning regularly it seems. Geyser not working in my room. Took bath in another room. Uncomfortable experience overall.

Reachable place, good to stay, staff was good and helpful. As I checked in I saw bed was broken, I informed them and within few minutes they changed my room so the response was awesome. Visit once

Hotel is on top of the hospital.

Hotel entrance is not nice, we have to use back gate, for that we have to pass through drainage. Front entrance is for hospital and hence not allowed through that. Receptionist Satish was worse and not addressed properly.
