i never expected this from a fellow Bangalorean, such pathetic and rude staff , Didn’t even bother giving the AC remote even after repeatedly asking him , Very judgmental doesn’t know how to respect women either. It’s better to find a lodge than go to this stupid hotel . I’ll attract the rude staffs info please don’t visit this place at all . Inspite of early check in, he made me wait for 2 hours after a long bus journey from Mumbai. Indiranagar should prolly even get rid of this stupid person.

The worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in the hotel staff started demanding more money than the one already paid and asked me to leave inspite of early check in he made me wait there for over an hour i was already tired of travelling and this wait just ruined everything plus inspite of asking for ac remote he said just “switch on the main switch and ac will be there “ i kept on asking for remote and he still didn’t budge very rude people and very judgmental aswell. There’s a lot i can tell but this must be enough. This guy

so Yesterday i had Booked a Oyo Flagship 69693 Royal woods in hal 3stage INDIRANAGAR and i went to check in at the hotel because my room was confirmed. So when i went at the hotel the Guy who was staying at the reception he was telling they don't accept. how is that possible because this is not my first time booking room.i told him the room is confirmed n he started arguing with me that he can't give room to me .i also told him to refund me if he won't give me room so he was keep on arguing with me . I kindly request the management to take action about this matter because this guy is a fame with customer. unfortunately he gave me room at the end but this should not happen. towards customer because we had paid for the room.
