Fantastic location. Rest all total disaster. Room infested with cockroaches and mosquitos. TV does not work. Wardrobe was filthy. No hangers in the wardrobe and chair in the room. But provided when asked for. Linen was not clean. Never going to stay again.

Good Stay

My stay was comfortable, the staff at Octave fairway are helpful. There is no food available at this property, however it is placed at a walkable distance to various food outlets and can get it delivered to the room as well. The internet had stopped working the last day of my stay. Also rooms and appliances are a little old. They clean the rooms almost everyday, however I was greeted by a few cockroaches now and then.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel in Bangalore. The bedsheets were dirty and clearly not changed, which was disgusting. The entire room had a foul smell that made it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep. To make things worse, the bathroom was even worse – it smelled horrible and did not look like it had been cleaned properly. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms smelled heavy cigarette smoke. Perhaps the earlier guest had nice time, and hotel ddn't bother to clean it up. Door mat was of no use and we had imprint entire floor with our leg marks. Lift ddnt work, so we had to climb stairs whenever we had to move out and in.

Photos in the website are very old. Present position is very poor. Lift is not working since many days. We were allotted room in 2nd floor which is very difficult for aged persons and persons with joint pains. Maintenance is very poor. Hotel surroundings were very dirty. Room was reasonably good (but not worth its rate). AC is not serviced, we got muddy air out of it. I called the owner but he neither picked up the call nor bothered to call back. Staff are totally unprofessional.

Dirty blanket n pillow.. stinking washroom.. no recharge in television, when I asked the service guy to switch on tv, I suggest never go to this hotel. Guests are treated prisoners I mean their attitude is like that and wash room also boosts this. Very very worst experience of hotel in my life.
