Overall an average stay ... food was good ... staff can be more hospitable ... very basic interior design done for the rooms ... only one lift for the entire hotel ..we asked for 2 rooms right next to each other but in spite of making a request it was not provided... felt a little disappointed

The staff at front desk on 13.11.2025 around 6 pm to 7 pm while we checked in (a young man and a young lady) were irresponsible,indifferent and not guest friendly. I was standing before them for long but they didn’t pay any attention. At last I had to make some sounds to get their downward heads raise up. See, I had booked the room and paid the money well in advance.The next day front desk staff were also no exception. Are all of them trained like that. I felt so. But the restaurant staff so to say were very service oriented. to them.

In the Bathroom no curtain or sliding door to restrict water spillage during bath, whole bathroom floor gets wet which is risky as one can slip. no iron in the room. The room is suitable for 2 Adult + 1 kid for sleeping but they are allowing for booking for 4 people The rest everything ok.

Business stay at Park inn by Radisson

Stayed for 3 nights. Over all good, but some funny and minor issues. Pros: Room size- very comfortable and large. Gentle Air conditioning. Food- Rather smaller restaurant but breakfast spread was nice good. Cons: Open wardrobe. Not so responsive House keeping. Door additional lock from inside wasn’t working. Did not repaired in those 3 days. Overall good and polite staff.
