Frustrating Stay - Multiple Service Gaps

1. Room Facilities The in-room phone did not work throughout my stay. Despite raising multiple complaints over 3 days, no resolution was provided. No towels were placed in the room at check-in, and it took multiple follow-ups to get them. Pillows were extremely hard, with no alternatives available upon request. 2. Service Concerns Laundry service was very delayed — my clothes were returned 2 days late after repeated follow-ups. Getting in touch with staff was difficult. Even the alternate mobile number provided did not work. At breakfast (Tiger Trail), service was poor — after placing an order at the live counter, no one returned to serve it. 3. Positive Notes The in-room dining food was excellent — consistent quality and taste, which I truly appreciated. 4. Overall Experience While the food was impressive, the repeated service issues, lack of responsiveness, and poor handling of basic amenities made my stay stressful. At one point, I even felt like cutting my trip short and going home. I didn't get my bill waiting 45 minutes. I just paid, and came home.

horrible room very pathetic I was in room no 500 flooring was horrible washrooms were just not maintained I called up make my trip but they too did not take any action. water served in rooms was in glass bottles and particles were there in complete bottle break fast table did not have any knife , folks Horrible experience and shocking is that MAKE MY TRIP ALSO DIS NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AS I HAD CALLED THEM

Hotel is located centrally. Buffet was pretty good considering we are vegetarian. These were the only best parts. Otherwise, the room allocated to us was not good. Had backache with the beds. Service was extremely slow. Took more than an hour for our luggage to reach our room after check-in.
