Very terrible experience the bed sheet was not cleaned even the pillow doesn’t has a cover. No water .no toothbrash. Cockroaches. No towel.

The rooms are not designed for usual convenience. The light & fan switches are near the door instead of a bedside two-way switch. The bedsheets are frayed and appear unwashed. There is no bathroom mat. No towels are provided. The toilet shower and health faucet jet water instead of spraying the water. Although the booking included breakfast, I was informed at 8:00 am that they do not have a restaurant and cannot provide breakfast. At the time of checkout, the Desk clerk refused to issue an Invoice saying that the Make My Trip Booking Confirmation is the Invoice since I had paid online. He further lied to me that if I had paid by cash at the property, he would have issued an Invoice. I saw other guests who were paying cash not being issued Invoice too.

Worst hotel, they even not provide drive water, no bike parking,bathroom flush not working, they Said ac room but ac not working, worst experience, I have had this hotel I requested to costumers don’t suggest this hotel to any one, see in this hotel not have safety in key hole via we see what happening in inside, they said Wi-Fi available but not working properly, totally of cost, don’t the Money in the hotel

My room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was a major plus, conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport. I particularly enjoyed the on-site dining options, with a diverse menu that catered to different tastes. One highlight was the attention to detail in ensuring guest satisfaction, from the prompt room service to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water bottles and toiletries. If i had to note one minor area for improvement, it would be the wi-fi speed during peak hours, but it was manageable overall. I’d highly recommend xotel for both business and leisure travelers. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service.

Hotel just avg. Washrooms are not good and there is not even a floor mat and rooms are very small and congested. Pics and reality will not at all match. I have booked it with breakfast and when i asked them they said they don’t even have restaurant.
