Only very basic requirements are provided. I couldn’t bear the smell of cigarettes in the room. Service not bad. AC & hot water & drinking water available.

Comfortable stay with minor issues

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Food is allowed in the room if it's on the ground floor, but for other floors, guests need to collect it from the reception, which was slightly inconvenient. During my stay, there were two situations that left me a bit disappointed, though they might have been accidental. One night, the water supply stopped suddenly, and although it was fixed after about 10 minutes of calls to the reception, it caused discomfort. On the day of checkout, the lift stopped working, and since my room was on the 4th floor, it could have been very difficult for someone with health issues. Thankfully, I managed, but it's an area where improvements are needed. Overall, the stay was comfortable apart from these incidents.
