Hi property is just ok not suitable for family , the experience was very bad good points review is it’s in calm place , negative points 1) No hot water , they say to leave more than 3bucket cold water to get hot water it will be just warm water 2) Towels given were torn 3) my package had breakfast to get my break fast i hv to fight with manager

Terrible Stay

It was horrible stay, cups were dirty, no exhaust fan, staff were totally unprofessional and lack in basic hygiene. Room walls are stained and door gad a gaping hole in it. Room allocated was 104. Sofa was filthy. Satellite television was not available. First hotel to stay and more so with family. Scary to upload images of the property as it is in a pathetic condition.

We were there for a concert. The hotel is a bit off the main road but it was close to our venue. Decent reception the staff at the reception was very accommodative. The room was excellent with a clean bathroom we did not check for hot water in the room as we were there for the night had an early morning flight. The restaurant services also not used. For a regular stay without a fuss it’s ideal.
