Poor experience

I prebooked for 2 days but when i reached the hotel the receptionist girl said that they don't accept pre-booking. Then i had to pay extra 700. There was no pillow in my room and despite telling this many times they didn't provide me any pillow. I booked deluxe room but the ac was not working. But they charged me full money.

Terrible Stay

Not even a little close as was shown in the images. Untidy rooms, unhygienic place, room was full of filthy cockroaches. No water facility. Poor management of staff!
