I had a good experience in my recent visit to bhopal in hotel the bentree. The hotel is good with clean rooms also the reception staff is very cooperative because of which the on boarding was easy. The only issue i faced was with room service staff as they denied for plates and spoons for snacks which i bought from my home and the things which need to improve in the hotel is the relaxation in the check out timings as it is 11pm there and from morning the staff started taking follow up on the same which i have not seen in the other hotel because every week i have to stay out & check in the hotel at many different locations because of field job
