Hotel for which we booked, changed it toa low rated one

Our hotel was changed by the hotel property and they shifted us to the other fabhotel which was not good enough. We booked according to our comfort but they changed it on the arrival day which made everything difficult for us. We paid for a better property but we get the lower rate property at the end because they shifted us. So please remove those hotels from your list which are not able to take bookings so that no one will suffer from end time change in plan.
