Terrible Stay

The room is totally different from the booking images. It is dirty with full of fungal growth and molds. Bathroom is very dirty, no hot water and leaking tap. It was a terrible experience.

The hotel was not functioning in the first place and it was not updated in makemytrip. They made arrangements for stay at the fab-express silk-route paalace. It was a nightmare and it does not suit for family stay. No cleaning, toilets with broken basin, flush and no proper water supply. The beds were in a very bad condition. All in all it was a horrible experience and we vacated from place within 2 days even though there was no return for our money

I am satisfied. Very good and clean hotel. Nice arrangements and well behaviour of hotel manager. You can go without a second thought.

The property was terrible

The property was not at all safe. The owner was drunk. There was not lock in the room from inside and also the washroom was not santizied and completely dirty. The mattress and bedsheet was also dirty.
