I booked the property based on reviews but it turned out to be a completely opposite and pathetic experience. We reached the hotel at 11 pm and had made the booking one day prior. The rooms were still not ready. In fact, we had to wait almost an hour to get the rooms. At 11 pm! When we finally got the rooms, they were not clean. There was stain on sheets, washroom was not clean, basic amenities had to be asked for. As a complimentary token, they upgraded one of the rooms because we were really . The next morning I had to leave for work and there was no water in the taps. I had to wait another 30 mins to finally get the water supply. It was overall slow, not efficient and definitely poorly managed.

The hotel is newly built and the location is also good. Room size is okay. Service leaves much to be desired. In the name of complimentary breakfast they serve only Upma and Poha. They didn't prepare our room properly. For small things like toiletries, drinking water, AC remote control, we had to call them multiple times. The sofa was not clean and had signs of leftover food over it. Please avoid if you are looking for a nice experience.
