Unhygienic Environment – The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was extremely poor. Dust, stains, and bad odor were noticeable everywhere. 2. Unprofessional Staff – The staff was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy while interacting with guests. 3. Poor Room Maintenance – Basic facilities like AC, geyser, and TV were either not working properly or not provided at all. 4. Bad Food Quality – The food served was stale, tasteless, and far below acceptable standards. 5. Safety & Comfort Issues – The rooms were uncomfortable, noisy, and did not feel safe for staying. 6. False Promises – The services advertised on booking platforms (Wi-Fi, room service, clean washrooms, etc.) were not provided in reality. 7. Overpriced Stay – The charges were unreasonably high compared to the poor quality of service and facilities. 8. Overall Disappointment – The entire experience was unpleasant, stressful, and not worth the money

Over charging

I am take two day hotel from 13 to 15 and i pay the complete amount. But after when i am check out. They charge me 500 extra. That they cannot provide me bill. Why they. Charging also there are no card accepted. When i am insist that i don't have cash. So manager take money in there personal account in go-ogle pay.
