On dated 11.07.25 I have booked my deluxe room in Fabhotel Royal lagoon through makemy Trip entire amount was paid in advance. Additionally when I reached at the fabhotel Royal lagoon they offered me to shifted in our other property of hotel we do not have any room in Fabhotel Royal lagoon firstly I denied but they forcely told me that money will not be refunded . Furthermore they shifted me into their another property means hotel namely athitya room of the same was completely dirt full of smell and washroom was not not condition of use air condition water logging in room not working properly a gone through so much mental pain and financial loss also I want my money back because which room was shown on MakeMyTrip that was not allotted to me in Fabhotel Royal lagoon they allotted room to me in athitya hotel I have booked my room in Fabhotel Royal lagoon not in athitya the staff misbehave and told they are not returned amount go and complaint anywhere else such a horrible things happened with me yesterday Yashvir Gahlot

Not good for family person and it don't justify its pric

Hotel location is not at all good for family, in front of is a liquor shop. I literally see people being drunk and roam around. There is near to railway station but that path to railway station is not safe , locals told us to avoid such paths due to theft and drunk people. The restaurant area is not at all sofa are dirty, chair seats are damaged. Cups, spoon and kettle provided are so dirty that you can't drink through them. The fungi mould are growing in washroom wooden section. Room was not properly cleaned and some random hairs lying on the floor

Its a very good and pleasent stay at FabHotel Royal Lagoon. The hotel situated near about the railway station, just 8 minutes walking distance. Staff behaviour is very good and helpfull. But food price is very high.
