I would not recommend this hotel

On arrival at 1 pm the room was not ready and i had to wait. The next night the key had gone missing, so i had to wait in another room for an hour until they found it. I was tired and this was inconvenient. The next evening the electricity failed several times in my room. The service was friendly and helpful, but it all felt rather chaotic.

Bathroom was not clean had a foul smell lingering from it for the entire stay. Even after complaint no action was taken. No restaurant available, no room service available, no housekeeping as well. Wish i hadn't booked my stay here. Receptionist isn't bothered with the problems of the client. If you want to have a humiliating experience, please book your room here.

The hotel is located very close to the highway. However, the parking is very tight and narrow. Moreover, the staff isn't very conversant with hindi or english. The rooms are spacious but could be maintained much better. Complimentary breakfast was just ok, no variety and they send it in plates to your room. The hygiene may be an issue for most travellers. The fans and ac were working but the controls were not satisfactory. Overall, the property is average and has ample scope to do much better.

I have booked hotel for 2 days 18. 06. 2024 to 20. 06. 2024 but as the flight from rourkela to bhubaneswar could not land in bhubaneswar airport i have to return back to rourkela in same flight. Then i requested hotel to change my dates from 19. 06. 2024 to 21. 06. 2024 told they have mailed to hotel and awaiting confirmation. I checked in to the hotel on 19. 06. 024 morning the front office person told i will have to pay some extra charge for early check in later on they told my booking is upto 20. 06. 2024 and i have to pay full extra one day if i extend my stay there. So i checked out on 20. 06. 2024 early morning and stayed in another hotel.

Room is very big but poor maintenance. I stayed in same room no 305 last year too. There was no exhaust fan in wash room last year too which makes the wash room stink always. The door panels of wardrobe don’t close properly. Service is poor. Quite often no one is available at reception to ask for service.

The room are big but not well maintained they did not provide soap and enough towels for us. We booked 2rooms for 4 people. And mainly we opted room with breakfast but sadly there is no restaurant and the breakfast they provided is from outside so hugely disappointed

I wasn't given the room i booked moreover the service quality was very ppor. Reception people got breakfast poor quality idli -sambar from next door and gave it to us in its cold state as it is ! not a comfortable state there with so poor quality of service. I would like to have my money refunded.
