Terrible experience after booking a room and while check-in how can manager say that renovation is going on we Don’t have rooms and ask you that he will provide you another room in another hotel. The room in another hotel was pathetic, horrible and doesn’t justify the price you booked your room.

we were 3 girls travelling, so safety and cleanliness was our main requirement. There were 2 men at reception who looked shady and they showed us the room which was disgustingly dirty and smelly. hence fearing our safety we left the property and booked another hotel. we did not stay at this hotel. our booking was prepaid and the hotel is refusing to refund
