Don't go by the brand name, one of the worst hotels around surprisingly

Dingy small rooms (no window or balcony), narrow approach roads, no proper parking or help in parking as the hotel is oddly situated in the 11th floor of an IIT research building. Lot of maintenance/repair work going on, some mild bad smell in the room. Bathroom doesn't even have a shower. Reception staff not helpful, restaurant staff are good. Possibly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Surprised that something from TATA group can be so bad, disappointed.

Location is a bit difficult to access but with Google map can be managed. Food was above average and the hospitality of the staff is extremely good . Special mention to the cafeteria staff who were running around and serving the guests. The rooms are smaller with limited accessories of a budget hotel. Over all experience is good if the consideration is value for money during a short stay of 2 to 3 days.

Food was not upto the mark. They didn't fill the dish if gets over. Room size is small. Not at all cooling, even after complaint. Basic items like towel, dental kit and comb should be placed before customer checkin. Customer has to ask everytime. If soap gets over, They dont even replace with new. Toilet flush was not working.

Some repair or construction work was going on, and hence terrible lot of noise due to which I cannot sleep properly . secondly there was a stinky smell was there in the room. Intercom was not working. Breakfast could be improved to provide good items.

It is overrated for the facilities provided by it. Room cleanliness is good. It is overpriced for the stay it gives. Breakfast is average, even South Indian food is bland. Overall if you don’t want to travel much inside the city and if your work place is within the research park , u can go for it.

The hotel provides easy access to IITM and that’s where the good things end. The rooms are small, old and stuffy. There are windows but are covered with black stickers. The water in the bathrooms run muddy and the power went off twice during the stay. The food was absolutely terrible and over priced. Overall a hotel of lesser class will be much better for the same price.

I dont think I have stayed in a worse 3 star hotel. Extremely unhygienic, the staff is lethargic and uncooperative. The rooms are shabby for a 3 star, there was brown water in the taps when asked, was informed theres some maintenance activity going on. the water continued to run brown for an hour later too until I called the reception, they sent in a plumber to fix. I had to wait an hour for a bottle of water I asked for, eventually I had to walk to the reception to fetch. I asked for an extra Bathing Towel and bedsheet for which the room service guy Cross questioned me for 10 mins before he agreed to get them. The only respite was a voice impaired staff(sadly I missed to ask his name) was very polite and quick!! I think I would have overlooked everything else but basic hygiene standards should be met at a 3 star

The room was too basic for the price. The standard room does have AC but is low on ventilation and can lead to suffocation without AC. The food was average at best and the staff are super overloaded and visibly stressed but poor things seem to be trying their best. All in all, despite the brand it was quite a letdown. Will go there if no other choice but not otherwise
