Non ac room and the dirtiest room

I have booked ac room but i was given non ac room and i was told that the room will be changed to ac room soon but they didn’t change after checkin. And, the room i was given was the dirtiest room i’ve ever seen. It was filled with completely bad smell and there were too many cockroaches roaming around.

Hotel manager asking for an extra amount to give room if u have already booked and paid. So much harassment from hotel manager. Hotel is located in very bad place outside is so dart y and desi bar in front of the hotel, drunk people roaming around the location. Hotel room is so pathetic, u can't slip and sit as well, bed sheet not clean pillow is so darty, bathroom is horrible, u can't sleep due to so many cockroaches present in all the places.

I have already paid, but they said we are not allowing online payments at the check-in time and they want to cancel the existing booking and they need to take instant booking at the hotel. They said the cost was around double the online cost. So i have cancel-led the hotel at the check-in time and faced lots of issues with the hotel members.
