Very poor. Couldn’t travel due to illness. Couldn’t modify dates even after showing medical certificates. Neither hotel nor treebo nor MMT helped to change the dates. They didn’t even give me refund.

Location little narrow area in Nungambakkam, but the property and rooms are excellent except some smell in the toilets drain systems. Food also good taste but availability little delay. Over all excellent property other than location and this smell issues. Staffs are good and co operative.

I picked this location since it seemed close to US VAC center, my stay was for 1 day. Very decent neat hotel . The lane that leads to hotel is very small and sometimes due to other four wheeler vehicles parking or moving may not be easy. Good and simple breakfast. I liked my stay.

Worst place to stay in.

Worst place to stay. Food was pathetic. AC wasn't working when asked the helpdesk he said yes we have to do a service by next week. If AC wasn't working he should have given another room, though asked he said the same thing. No ventilation. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE.
