I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding our recent stay. Our room package clearly included breakfast; however, the restaurant staff contacted me twice on the first night, asking for payment for the day’s breakfast. We have stayed at your hotel several times in the same room package, and breakfast has always been included. Therefore, I was surprised to receive a request for additional payment this time. Could you please clarify why we were asked to pay extra and ensure that the correct package details are reflected in your records?

Location: It is on the outskirts of Ch Sambhaji Nagar city but on the way to Shri Grishneshwar Jyotirling, hence recommended. Food was good. Decent rooms for family: neat and clean. Prompt service and staff was very courteous. Parking is available outside the hotel. I stayed on 01-11-2025.

To be honest, there are still some aspects of this property that could use some enhancement. Let me provide a few examples for you. 1 - The room was quite pleasant, and the atmosphere was fitting for a middle-class family. However, you must request basic amenities like house slippers from the reception. 2 - The room temperature was comfortable when we arrived, which is a plus since it felt refreshing. However, the AC remote was missing batteries, making it challenging to adjust the temperature after five hours. Overall, we had a wonderful family trip to Aurangabad with a delightful stay. I want to highlight that the restaurant manager was very courteous and kindly offered us access to the rooftop area. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name. The restaurant service was a bit slow, but he did his utmost to ensure customer satisfaction. My brother and I had a fantastic time relaxing in a cool, vibrant place. Additionally, the restaurant manager was very polite as he served us breakfast when there was no waiter available at that moment. While serving, he first asked to touch your phone. That kind of character deserves greater success. I would be glad to give him a tip if he happens to see this comment, as it would enhance my trip even more.
