Very nice location in the forest with peacocks and bird songs.. nice service. Jins provided great service and rooms were very well maintained. The restaurant menu needs improvement though, given the remote location of the resort, inside a coffee plantation.

Had a peaceful stay at Hanchinamane Resort. The location is serene and perfect for a nature getaway. Jinx, the property manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and staff were polite. Only drawback was the weak mobile signal and Wi-Fi, and the resort is a bit deep inside. Overall, a great experience!

very worst experience and injustice in my amount reimburse

First thing we reached the stay by 1 PM and room was allocated at 2PM ... we were given a room where sun shines are directly to room and no AC in the room ... it was very hot ... there was frequent power cuts and wifi is of no use.. half of the night we did not had power ... we were not able to sleep ... seems like we were unlucky with food we got burnt food ... we called the guy was taking care of stay jince and made him taste ... he agreed it was burnt one dish and another one was half cooked... I booked for 2 days but had to leave for one day as my parents felt very unhappy ... they agreed to get me amount reimburse for one day ... but they stopped replying my messages and calls..make my trip it would be gr8 if you can help us

First of all their maintenance to the wooden furniture and rooms was so good and the rooms was so clean and it has build in kerela style which was so beautiful. The food was so yummy and coffee given so so delicious and it was like made at home without using milk powders and This will be suitable for both family and friends.Overall this place is worth for its cost moreover the swimming pool water is from the falls nearby and the water was with no added chlorine chemical.

Overall - this was an excellent experience. Pros: 1) cleanliness 2) ambience 3) lunch and dinner was very good 4) amenities cons: 1) breakfast could have been better. The poori was oily and they had used maida 2) toiletries had only a shower gel and a body moisturizer.
