The room that was provided to us was having a very bad smell of smoking. so we complained about that and they provided us with another room. Hot water is a basic necessity when you book any hotel and pay a certain amount. We had to use cold water for a bath because it wasn't working even after complaining 3-4 times. our booking was for room and breakfast. However, there was only one option in veg for breakfast. So that money also got wasted. The bedsheet was not properly washed. it was having many stains

The issues i encountered included: poor reception service, with staff appearing inattentive. Dirty bed sheets that seemed unclean and not prepared for new guests. Worth the stay

We wanted a place close to lulu mall so we could visit there. This place was like super close, walking distance. All room facilities were good. Hot water available, quick reception service and had a nice view room the window. Overall good experience. Recommended

Location was good but parking is around 200m away from the hotel and there is no wallet parking available. Breakfast was included in my booking but there was no live kitchen available in the hotel. They provided breakfast from outside restaurant but it was not up to the mark rest all was excellent (location, room service, neatness etc)
