Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

We were the only guests there. It is supposed to be 3/4 star hotel. There was no hot water on the first day. The rooms don’t have telephone even to talk to the reception. The restaurant is basically run to serve their bar. For a cup of morning tea, one has to wait till 8-8. 30 am. Those who booked direct paid much less, and also got free breakfast. Makemytrip charged more & didn’t include breakfast.

Property location is good, on national highway. Had breakfast from the hotel, starts little late from 8:30 am, but food was tasty and served in room on request. There is no provision to make tea and coffee in room, but they gave one kettle after requesting them. Hygiene part is ok, needs more improvement. Water pressure in the tap was not sufficient due to frequent power supply change over. The staff was very friendly and helpful and maintained minimum safety standard. This property have sufficient car parking area. The compound is little crowded with locals in the evening, mainly because of bar. Overall experience was ok for one night stay.

In the morning service is ok. People respond. After 6:30 pm there is no room service or reception. It was a good hotel when we stayed there in 2010. This time we had to keep changing the rooms at least 4 times in a span of 6 days. Hot water is available only when you demand and most of the bathroom fittings has complaints. I think now their attention is more on the bar than on the guest staying. TV doesn't work in most of the rooms.

Absolutely not worth staying here. No even drinking water provided, they will not clean the room until you ask them to do, for 10 days they have not changed the bedsheets even once, very worst hotel.
