In January, my family of four had a delightful 5-day stay at the hotel. The location was breath-taking, with a serene backwater lake on one side and a clean, pristine beach just 20 meters away. The tranquil atmosphere, cool sea breeze and peaceful surroundings provided a perfect escape from city life. The weather was ideal, ranging from 25 to 32°C with no rain, adding to the charm of our stay. The kids at the hotel especially loved the swimming pool. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome despite our limited knowledge of the local language. The rooms were comfortable, though we experienced minor issues with plumbing and seepage. The breakfast menu was pretty basic with limited options. Since we spent most of our time exploring the area, we did not get to try other meals at the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy the unique blend of beach and backwater ecosystems. While it may lack some high-end amenities, its location and warm hospitality make it a memorable place to stay.

They are having different name there. Hiding their name so that they can cheat new customers. Hotel at the beach but looting customers just worth for 1500 rs only. Food means nothing. Giving breakfast of bread butter chai and peas curry only. Overall horrible place

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food menu was very less. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We recently stayed at edasserry sea line resort and booked 4 rooms. The rooms were good, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean, which we appreciated. However, none of the rooms had dustbins, which was inconvenient. At the restaurant, many of the items listed on the menu were unavailable, leaving us with limited choices and forcing us to eat what was available instead of what we wished to order. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was not up to the mark and could use significant improvement. While the stay was comfortable in terms of cleanliness, the dining experience left us disappointed. Improvements in these areas could make the experience much better.

This is monisha. And i booked this stay just because of the view and the room was really good. But then when we entered the room it was just moped and all wet somehow we managed to stay receiption response were really good. But the restaurant service which gave me bad impression. We were only 2 guests at resort and we asked for evening snacks but they said it's not available. Food is not too good but okay. And complimentary breakfast they provided is up-ma no other options except bread. They must improve their restaurant service

Clean property but terrible service

Good: clean property, tasty complimentary breakfast bad: non working ac which the team tried repairing 4-5times but didn’t help. Washroom stink-ed and upon request to eliminate smell- staff sprays pest repellent which made the usage very difficult and the smell further spreading to the main room. Only one water bottle, tiny slab of soap and shampoo for a stay of three. Additionally opened tea bags( unhygienic, torn/used sugar sachets, bath towel only for two, cups/glasses only for two. No dustbin or toilet tissue on toilet. No kitchenette or queen bed available as per booking description. Had to carry luggage in hands as elevator not available.

Room had a bad smell. Anyone in your room can see what you are doing in the restroom there is no curtain for privacy. Breakfast was the worst it had only two options dry bread and appam which was sweet as hell.
