Its a nice hotl and staf are too good & the hotel is near mall road there food is also great........

i booked premium room but I had to argue at reception for getting that otherwise they gave an another cheaper room

No any support from the hotel staffs, bed is not comfortable. You need wait long for one service request

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Premium Price I booked a premium room expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but was extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodation provided (Room No. 508). The room was far below average — definitely not up to the premium standard advertised. It had only one window, which was practically useless, as it opened directly to a wall just two feet away. This made the room feel extremely claustrophobic and poorly ventilated. To make matters worse, there was no fan installed, further adding to the discomfort. Overall, it was a suffocating and unpleasant experience. I expected much better for the price paid.

The service was poor,the property is very old and not maintained.The plumbing in the toilet and wash room near dining hall was under leakage.(urinals). The daily housekeeping in the room and bedsheets change was not made.It was the overall bad experience.

It was a good experience...staff is so humble ,there room condition is so good.. friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, convenient locations, and overall exceptional service. Having a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail, making guests feel at home.

Terrible experience for the first time on MMT, we don't get the room which we are booked, we request so many times but they not provide that rooms, we get 1star quality room in price of 3 star, they spoil our half day in Argument.. Better to stay in car 🚘 rather than trusting this types of hotel by advance booking in without cancellation policy...

Property is good and in good location but room services are very pathetic. They take hours to provide you water.
